The values of tradition in the kitchen

At the La Brezza farm, the ‘Emilian’ women, Floriana Tagliavini, her daughter Chiara Ribes and our cooks, offer typical local specialities in keeping with the ‘zero km cooking’ philosophy, using all kinds of vegetables and greens from our large vegetable garden. Our Agriturismo hosts a restaurant with traditional cuisine.

FIRST COURSES

From the menu you can choose many types of tortelli, each with a seasonal character (herb, pumpkin, potato, mushroom, radicchio, etc.). Our flagship is the ‘tortelli Brezza’ made with Parma ham.

MAIN DISHES

The main courses include the typical meat dishes of this generous land, which vary according to the season, from rabbit to tagliata, from roast carpaccio to carne salada and guancialini, always accompanied, of course, by the vegetables grown on the farm.

SWEETS

Finally, the desserts, all prepared in our kitchen: chocolate cake, various tarts, chocolate salami, trifle and tiramisu.

If you are in the Parma or Reggio Emilia area, why not try our cuisine? Agriturismo La Brezza is open for lunch and dinner every day, except Mondays. Reservation is recommended.

The capacity is about 300 seats (between indoor halls and outdoor garden) with a large private car park. We are therefore organised to host all kinds of events such as motor gatherings, weddings, company events, children’s birthdays, graduation parties, etc.
