Traditional values in the kitchen.

In La Brezza farm, three “Emilian” women, Floriana Tagliavini, her daughter Chiara Ribes and our cook Cecilia Caletti offer typical local specialities in accordance with the “0-Km cuisine” philosophy, with all types of greens and vegetables from our large garden. Our Agritourism includes a restaurant with traditional cuisine.

FIRST COURSES

The menu offers a choice of several types of tortelli, each with a seasonal flavour (herbs, pumpkin, potatoes, mushrooms, radicchio, etc.). Pride of place goes to our “Brezza tortelli”, made with raw Parma ham.

SECOND COURSES

Our second courses include the typical meat dishes of this generous land, which vary according to season, from sliced rabbit and roast carpaccio to “carne salada” and pork cheeks, always accompanied, naturally, by vegetables grown on the farm.

DESSERTS

Finally, the desserts, all made in our kitchen: chocolate cake, a variety of tarts, chocolate salami, trifle and tiramisu.

COME TO VISIT US

If you are in the Parma or Reggio Emilia area, why not try our cuisine? La Brezza agritourism is open for lunch and dinner every day, except Mondays. Booking is advisable.

We can seat about 300 people (between internal rooms and the summer garden) and have a large private car park.
We are equipped to cater to all types of events, such as motorcycle rallies, wedding receptions, corporate events, children’s birthdays, graduations parties, etc.
